IAMSENT offers affordable transitional housing for adults age 18 and older in South Los Angeles. Our room and board program combines furnished shared rooms, three meals daily, Wi-Fi, personal lockers and on-site laundry access in a structured community.

Looking for furnished shared housing in Los Angeles? IAMSENT provides adults age 18 and older with a designated sleeping space in a shared room with bunk beds. Rooms are shared, rather than private bedrooms. Men and women are housed separately. Personal lockers and storage help keep essentials organized, while house rules support respectful shared living.

Three Meals Every Day

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared daily by our in-house chef. Having meals included with room and board helps residents plan their day and manage everyday expenses while working toward greater stability.
