IAMSENT welcomes referrals from case managers, shelters, hospitals, community agencies, and other organizations helping adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

Who we serve
Adults age 18 and older seeking affordable, structured shared housing in Los Angeles. Men and women are housed separately. Placement depends on screening and current availability.
What the program includes
Furnished shared rooms with bunk beds, three meals daily, Wi-Fi, personal lockers, on-site laundry access, and a structured community with house rules and shared responsibilities.

How to make a referral
- Contact IAMSENT. Share your name, agency, callback information, and the requested move-in timeframe.
- Coordinate screening. With the client’s consent, help them complete the online intake application.
- Confirm payment arrangements. Contact admissions about current rates, agency payments, or approved DPSS Pilot assistance. DPSS determines assistance eligibility and funding.
- Schedule move-in. Confirm availability, required paperwork, payment arrangements, and arrival time with admissions before sending a client.
